Tachyarrhythmia Clinical Effect of Amiodarone in Emergency

Abstract
Objective Observation and Study on the clinical effect of amiodarone in patients with tachyarrhythmia, and for reference. Methods Our department in May 2012- June 2014 were treated structural heart disease associated with tachyarrhythmia in60 patients as the object of this study were randomly divided into a control group and the reference group, the control group were treated with conventional therapy, with reference to group treated with amiodarone in the conventional treatment, observation and treatment of patients with a reference group of patients in the control group. Results Compared with the treatment of patients in the control group(76.67), the reference group treated with amiodarone treatment after treatment effect(96.67) is more significant, the difference was statistically significant,(P0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone structural heart disease associated with tachyarrhythmia patients had a significant effect, will help to improve the clinical symptoms and high security.
