Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of ovulation induction granule on polycystic ovarian syndrome ovulation obstructive infertility, and to investigate its action mechanism. Methods Ninty-four patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with ovulation induction granule, and the control group was treated with clomiphene citrate(CC). Follicular development, ovulation and endometrial were observed by ultrasound, and follow-up of patients with pregnancy and abortion. Results The pregnancy rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P 0.05). The endometrial thickness in treatment group was thicker than that of the control group(P 0.05). The levels of E2, P and LH were higher than before treatment(P<0.05), and the differences of E2 and P between the two groups were significant(P<0.05). The proportion of OHSS in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Ovulation induction particles can promote follicle growth, induce ovulation, significantly reduce the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation, provides a new treatments for PCOS ovulation obstructive infertility. Key words: Ovulation induction granule; Clomiphene citrate; Polycystic ovarian syndrome; Ovulation obstructive infertility
