Effects of Ovulation Induction Treatment on Femate Infertility

Objective To treat ovulatory disorder infertility better,improve the cure rate of infertility,we focused on gynecological endocrine diseases caused by ovulation disorders,female infertility patients were treated.Methods From January 2006 to December 2008 in our hospital out-patient treatment of female infertility,infertility patients,for PCOS,hyperprolactinemia,endometriosis,ovulation disorders and unexplained endocrine accordingly after treatment,given clomiphene plus HCG or HMG plus HCG induced ovulation,while transvaginal ultrasound,monitoring ovulation.Pregnancy rate were observed after treatment,the incidence of ovarian radical(OHSS)and the incidence of multiple pregnancies.Results ①Ovulation induction in patients with pregnancy rate was significantly higher than in patients treated with ovulation induction;②According to a clear cause,and take appropriate endocrine treatment of cases of pregnancy,cases of unknown etiology than 20 percentage points;③After treatment in endocrine regulation,expected in cases of natural pregnancy,endometriosis pregnancy rate in patients with lower than other groups;④PCOS ovulation induction in patients prone to excessive ovarian,and ovarian radical patients,pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rate was significantly higher.Conclusion Female endocrine disease caused by a variety of ovulation disorders,ovulation induction through targeted treatment can significantly improve the pregnancy rate.
