Observation of Triptorelin in treatment of infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome clinical observation

OBJECTIVE To observe triptorelin in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in ovulation induction effect.METHODS Polycystic ovary syndrome in patients with endocrine disorders after correcting,the experimental group was given triptorelin in + HCG treatment,the control group was given clomiphene + HCG treatment,were compared between the two groups after the administration of the time of ovulation,ovulation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and miscarriage rate.RESULTS The experimental group after 72 hours of ovulation rate(χ2 = 4.39),cycle ovulation rate(χ2 = 4.71),pregnancy rate(χ2 = 3.89)was higher than that of control group(P﹤0.05),but also can reduce the incidence rate of LUFS(χ2 = 4.32),OHSS(χ2 = 4.69),abortion rate of the two groups is similar(χ2 = 0.09)(P﹥0.05).CONCLUSION Triptorelin has better efficacy of ovulation induction,and HCG combination can improve ovulation pregnancy rate.
