Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of ropivacaine and bupivacaine anesthesia in cesarean section operation. Methods 98 puerparae taking cesarean section at our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into an obseration group and a control group using number table method,49 cases for each group. The observation group received ropivacaine anesthesia, and the control group bupivacaine anesthesia. The anesthesia effect of the two groups were observed after the operation. Results The total excellent and good rate was 95.92% in the observation group and was 93.88% in the control group (P>0.05).The sensory block maintenance time was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05).There were no statistical differences in sensory block onset time, the highest sensory block level fixation time, and sensory recovery time between the two groups (P > 0.05).The motor block onset time was much longer (P < 0.05) and the motor block maintenance time is shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Ropivacaine for cesarean section has better analgesic effect,a low incidence of adverse reactions and short sensory and motor block maintenance time,is safe and highly reliable, and can help the patients postoperatively recover motor function early.
