Analysis of the present personnel training situation and the reform strategy in medical imaging

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current status and problems of the medical imaging personnel training in our country, and to explore a new model of medical imaging personnel training in higher medical colleges. In order to train high quality medical imaging talents with both strong clinical and teaching capacity, and independent ability in scientific research who can undertake a certain number of scientific research tasks, a set of training systems has been constructed with the interaction and integration of medical treatment, teaching and scientific research ability training based on the present fundamental conditions of the medical imaging subject in higher medical colleges and the development pattern of the subject both at home and abroad. A training effect evaluating system was also well designed from two aspects of the quantity and the quality. The application of the new training systems in radiology resident training has produced satisfactory results. Key words: Medical imaging; Training model; Innovative education
