Abstract
The 3-year clinical medical education is needed for the local medical service.So it is imperative to explore how to train qualified talents concerned with a good training model.The authors believe that its theoretical systems of practical instruction and the quality education,the training of teaching staff,and the present employment system reform which we should support should be probed into.
