Analysis of the Investigation on the Construction of Talent Team in the Construction of New Rural Areas——Based on the Investigation Data of 398 Talents in 10 Counties (Area,Forest Region)of Hubei Province

Based on the investigation data of 398 talents in 10 Counties (area,forest region)of Hubei Province,the paper carries an analysis on the number and structure of the talents in the construction of new rural areas,the problems and countermeasures in the construction of rural talent team. The analysis indicates that a large amount of rural talents who are good at knowledge,technology and operations are needed in the construction of new sociological rural areas. The construction of rural talent team is a huge project,so the service of talents for the construction of new rural areas should be strengthened,the construction of rural talent team should be incorporated into the general plan of the construction of new rural areas,therefore the need in the amount and structure of rural talents will be met.
