Abstract
目的 研究实验性精索静脉曲张对青春期大鼠生精细细胞凋亡的影响,探讨精索静脉曲张影响睾丸生精功能的机制.方法通过部分结扎左肾静脉建立青春期大鼠左侧精索静脉曲张模型;用原位末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶标记法检测睾丸生精细胞凋亡.结果曲张组的细胞凋亡指数显著高于假手术对照组(P＜0.001),且双侧睾丸组织均见大量生精细胞凋亡.结论实验性精索静脉曲张所引起的双侧睾丸生精细胞凋亡增加,可能是精索静脉曲张影响睾丸生精功能的机制之一。
