Observation of effection on Tanreqing injections on COPD

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 100patients with COPD were divided randomly into the treatment group (n = 50)and the control group( n = 50).The basis of routine treament was performed in all patients.We added Tanreqing injection 20 ml in the treatment group by intravenous injection for 10 days.Results The effective rate on the treatment group and the control group was 92% and 76% respectively,which has statistical significance(P ＜ 0.05 ).The effect on blood gas analysis of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P ＜ 0.05 ),and the treatment group had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Tanreqing injection is safe and effective on COPD.
