The effect observation of Tanreqing injection in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 60 cases patients with acute exacebation of COPD were randomly divided into treamtent group and control group,each of 30 cases.Bsides all patients were given regular treatments.On the basis of conventional therapy,treatment group were given Tanreqing injection 20ml+5% glucose injection 500ml intravenous infusion,course of the treatment of two groups were 14d.After treatment,compared the effect and blood gas analysis change of two groups.Results The total effective rate(96.7%) was higher than that of control group(83.3%)(P0.05).After treatment,blood gas analysis of two groups were better than before treatment(P0.05);And after treatment,the blood gas analysis of treamtent group was better than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection in treating acute exacerbation of COPD has significant effect,and safety,is worthy of clinical application.
