Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of treating COPD of acute aggravating stage with routine methods combined Tanreqing Injection.Methods: 94 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the controlled group.Patients in both groups were treated with routine methods,while those in the controlled group were given ambroxol,in the treatment group were given Tanreqing Injection intravenously.Results: In the treatment group,the therapeutic effect was significantly higher than that of the controlled group.The improvement to indexes of blood gas analysis was batter than the controlled group.Conclusion:Patients with COPD of acute aggravating stage treated with routine methods combined Tanreqing Injection has a significant effect.
