Problems and solutions in the process of colleges and universities'student evaluation of teachers

Abstract

At present, there are still some problems for the students in colleges and universities to go on a teaching assessment, such as relate understanding, target, pattern, result, management, research and so on. This article primarily amplified the phenomenon. Simultaneously, the author proposed some strategies and advice about how to set a appropriate target, choose a right pattern, imply the managing system, and handle the statistics.
