On Situation and Construction of Students' Evaluation of Teaching Mechanism in Colleges and Universities

As a teacher management system,students' evaluation of teaching is an important way to improve teaching quality and renew the teaching concept. It has been widely used in colleges and universities,even some universities as an evaluation index of evaluating professional titles. Generally speaking,the effect is good,but there are a few deficiencies and flaws such as arbitrariness,single approach,delayed evaluation content,absolute index and some evaluation invalidity. This paper puts forward how to construct more scientific and effective evaluation teaching mechanism.
