Problems and Strategies for Teachers' Management in Colleges and Universities

With the rapid development of higher education,the colleges and universities encounter many problems in the management of human resources.This article deals with the problems and their strategies for teachers' management in today's colleges and universities.The article,first of all,makes an analysis of these problems:blind enrollment of teachers from outside with high educational background and professional title,the irrational composition of teachers,the brain drain in faulty policy decision,the imperfect impellent systems,and the unreasonable factors in annual assessment.The paper then puts forward some propositions:an effective impellent,the fixed quality but unfixed quantity in the assessment,the idea of fair treatment and the pluralistic concept of talents' recruitment.
