Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing application on intervention therapy of coronary heart disease in perioperative period. Methods A total of 90 cases coronary heart disease patients with intervention therapy according to a random number table were divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group received evidence-based nursing on the basis of control group. Results The urinary retention, insomnia, low back pain incidence of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P 0.05),the comfort level score of observation group were significantly higher than the control group at intervention 6,12,24 h in postoperative(P 0.05);degree of satisfaction of observation group was 93.3%(42/45),the control group was 77.8%(35/45),the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing applied on coronary heart disease intervention therapy in perioperative period, can significantly reduce urinary retention, insomnia and low back pain, increase patient comfort level and satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
