Abstract
目的 研究血清中白介素-12(IL-12)及白介素-10(IL-10)水平与寻常性银屑病的关系.方法收集10例进展期寻常性银屑病患者的血清标本,并与10例正常人血清检测结果进行对比分析.结果银屑病组与对照组相比,血清IL-12水平显著增高(t＝20.752566,P＜0.01),IL-10水平显著降低(t＝4.25,P＜0.05).结论 IL-12及IL-10在寻常性银屑病的发病中发挥重要作用。
