Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the activities of daily life of patients with patients with stroke - induced hemiplegia Methods Totaled of 60 patients with stroke were randomly divided into rehabilitation group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases.The control group was received only the routine nursing,rehabilitation group was received early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the routine nursing.Barthel index was observed and compared between two groups.Results The degree of recovery was higher in the rehabilitation group than that in the control group.The score of Barthd index in the former was significantly better than that in the latter.Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing plays a positive role on the functional recovery of patients with stroke,which can improve significantly limb movement function and activities of daily life,reduce disability,improve the quality of life.
