Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of early systemic rehabilitation nursing on the activities of daily living and the motor function of the acute stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method: 120 patients were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the rehabilitation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training based on conventional therapy. The effect evaluations were made before the treatment and after 1 month of rehabilitation motor training between two groups.Result: There was significant decrease in activities of daily living and the Fugl-Meyer scores in rehabilitation nursing group compared with control group after one month(P 0.05).Conclusion: Early systemic rehabilitative nursing may promote both activities of daily living and the motor function of acute stroke patients with hemiplegia.
