Abstract
目的评价儿童的泪道阻塞和慢性泪囊炎施行Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术的疗效.方法将带针芯泪道探针按常规探通方法探至泪道阻塞处,拔出针芯,插入光纤达阻塞处,激光击射至击穿为止,联合药物灌注.共治疗37例39眼.结果随访3～12月,治愈32眼(82.05%),失败7眼(17.95%).结论激光治疗儿童泪道阻塞性疾病安全有效,并发症少.
