Abstract
Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of single propofol and propofol combined with remifentanil on patients with painless abortion. Methods Sixty women underwent selected painless abortion were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group.Patients in group A were given 2% lidocaine 40 mg firstly, then intravenously injected with propofol 2 mg/kg 30 s later.Patients in group B were given remifentanil 1 μg/kg,then intravenously injected with propofol 1.5 mg/kgalter 30 s.Propofol was added in accordance with the dynamic response, with 30 -50 mg every time. The recovery time,wake-up time, infusion pain, body movement, dose of propofol, numbers of patient who needed additional propofol, the analgesia effects,HR and MAP at different time during the whole operation were observed. Results The dose of propofol in group B was less than that in group A(P <0.01),there were fewer cases received additional propofol in group B than those in group A (P <0.05),the wake-up time was shorter in group B than that in group A (P <0.01),the scale of infusion pain in group B was much smaller than that in group A (P < 0.01).Conclusions The effect of propofol combined with remifentanil is better than single propofol on painless abortion.
