Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of remifentannil combined with propofol used for painless induced abortion, and compared to that of regular use of propofol alone. Methods Choose 80 early pregnancy patients(ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ) who volunteer to terminate their pregnancy and divided them into two group randomly,40 cases in each.group I:propofol(2.5 mg/kg) was injected intravenous and the lasting time would be more than 30s;group Ⅱ:remifentanil(0.4 mg/kg) combined with propofol(1.5 mg/kg) were injected intravenous and the lasting time would be more than 30s too. Both groups will give additional propofol 0.5-1.0 mg/kg when appeared apparent body movement. The patient recovery time、analgesic effect and the total amount of propofol would be observed. Results The recovery time of group Ⅱ were shorter than group I,and it had a better analgesic effect than goup I too,the total amount of propofol, group Ⅱ used less than that of group I.Conclusion Rmifentanil combined with propofol had an exact better effect than propofol alone when used in painless induced abortion.
