Abstract

Innovation on medical talent cultivating is the key issue in higher medical education. Based on the developmental orientation and medical education standards of local medical universities,this project proposes the model on medical talent cultivating with new angle of view,new ideal and new standards. It could be used as the reference for medical talent cultivating in China. Key words: Local medical university; Orientation of running an university; Talent cultivating model
