Abstract

This paper researches on talent-cultivating pattern in safety engineering speciality of North University of China.By making an analysis on education ideology,teaching plan,qualified teachers and teaching condition,it indicates that advanced education ideology is a guide,optimization of the teaching plan is a core,and qualified teachers with innovative consciousness and ability is a key and a good teaching condition.The results can be a reference for other specialities.
