The talent cultivating program for serving the national special needs,was to establish a degree authorization mechanism according to the talent demands,which could satisfy the economic and social development demands better.It promoted the reform of the degree authorization audit system as well as the innovation of the talent cultivating model.When carrying the doctorate talent cultivating program,Jishou University found its own disciplinary field,and innovated the talent cultivating model and the talent cultivating quality guarantee system based on its practice,offering references and experience for other universities.
