Nursing intervention for rural maintenance hemodialysis patients quality of life

Objective To investigate the rural nursing intervention on quality of life in hemodialysis patients affected.Methods 80 patients in our hospital for hemodialysis patients in rural areas for the study were randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 40 patients in the control group according to conventional hemodialysis care,routine care in the intervention group on the basis of regular telephone follow and implement psychological intervention,human care,dietary guidance,effective use of family support system and a series of nursing intervention,after six months and the quality of life assessment questionnaires.Results The two groups of patients quality of life scores,patient participation in health care activities,compliance behavior and their families to master other aspects of care and knowledge more,there were significant differences in the intervention group than the control group( P ＜ 0.05 ),the number of interventions required emergency dialysis group was significantly less than the control group.Conclusions The implementation of the system, effective nursing intervention to improve the rural maintenance hemodialysis patients compliance behavior and quality of life,reduce complications.
