Abstract
Objective:To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with hemodialysis.Methods:61 patients with hemodialysis were given nursing intervention,included:recognition intervention,dietary guidance,mental intervention,sport intervention,social and family support,to evaluate the quality of life by KDQOL-SFTM and given questionnaire investigated brfore and after intervention.Results:There was remarkable different in the grade of KDTA and total grades of SF-36 brfore and after intervention,there was remarkable different in seven field of KDTA and six field of SF-36(P0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention could improve the quality of life in patients with hemodialysis.
