Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention on the recovery of the patients with thoracic surgeries. Methods 96 cases of patients with thoracic surgeries were divided into trial group and control group by the order in hospital, each of 48 cases, patients were take conventional care, the observation group on the base of in routine care were given education, respiratory function to take health training and postoperative rehabilitation guidance. Two groups of patients with lung function, drawing tube time, respiratory complications and postoperative hospital discharge time were compared and analyzed. Results The postoperative observation group was better than control breathing patients:the frequency of breathing reduced, blood oxygen saturation increased, the air, jpmorgan chase and a second time ventilation forced expiratory volume increased significantly, and the difference of the observation group compared with trial group was statistically significant(P0.05);the respiratory complications of observation group(4.17%) were obviously lower than control group(27.08%)(P0.05);postoperative drawing tube and the length of time of the observation group days were(4.52±2.20) d,(10.54±3.52) d,and the control group were(5.63±2.60) d,(13.20±3.81) d,two groups of comparisons had significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention can improve the pulmonary function of patients with thoracic surgery, reduce postoperative complications, and can improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of the patients.
