Abstract
Objective:To observe the changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA) in brain of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model rats. Methods:The focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model rats were established by suture embolic method.TCC was used to display infraction scope;the SOD activity and MDA content in reperfusion injury brain were measured. Results:Compared with control group,in focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats model brain, the SOD activity decreased and MDA content increased obviously(P0.01).Conclusions:Focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion can obviously decrease SOD activity and increase MDA content in reperfusion injury brain.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
