Abstract
Objective To observe the expressions of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD42b and CD41a in the peripheral blood of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and to study the effects of aspirin on the expressions of CD42b and CD41a and platelet aggregation.Methods CD42b and CD41a expressions in 31 cases treated with aspirin for 7 days were measured with flow cytometry,platelet aggregation function was tested with aggregometor.Results Compared with pre-aspirin,the rates of blood platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate(ADP) and arachidonic(AA) was decreased conspicuously,but expressions of CD42b and CD41a didn't change significantly.Conclusion Taking a small dose of aspirin(100mg) per day can remarkably suppress platelet aggregation,but has no effect on the expressions of CD42b and CD41a.
