Abstract

Objectives To study the changes of platelet CD62P CD63 SCD62P on cancer patients during the session of radiotherapy.Method platelet CD62P CD63 were determined using flow cytometry and SCD62P using ELISA assay and platelet amount using CD1700 cytometry. Results platelet CD62P CD63 SCD62P level is higher expression than that in NC group. Platelet amount in less than that in NC group. Conclusion Radiotherapy can greatly activate platelet CD62P CD63 and can lead to the decrease of the quantity of platelets.
