Mechanism of Agent organizational formation and evolution based on organizational utility

Current researches on mechanisms in which Agent forms and evolves are mainly focused on the self-benefiting agent. A struc- ture-oriented mechanism of altruistic agent organizational formation and its evolution are proposed. The condition of maximum individual consuming limitation and an organization-based utility mechanism are introduced into this mechanism. A distributed iterative solving mechanism including organization forming, adjustment, reusing and optimization is built. Based on this mechanism, the organization evolves are also discussed in this research. This mechanism is suitable to governments or military domain. Compared to the mechanism of selfish-agent-based organization, this mechanism ensures the consistency of mental state between individual and organization, and more likely to improve the stability, the efficiency of computation and the reusability of the organization.
