Abstract
A model of matrix organization is described in this paper, which is based on the humanity modern organization theory. Compared with hierarchy organization, it enhances relation of organizational landscape orientation, increases the administrant range and decreases the organizational levels ,which finally cuts down the cost of communication, improves the problem solving efficiency and organizational capability of rapid reaction to external environment change.
