Construction and analysis of dynamic mechanism model of evolution of the project organization

Based on self-organization theory,this article analyzed the essential characteristics of large projects organization,defined the content of the dynamic mechanism of evolution of the project organization,established a formation mechanism model,and analyzes it From two aspects-dynamic behavior of the actors act and the work of process dynamic elements.The analysis results show that the design and optimization of dynamic mechanism is an effective way to stimulate organization evolution from disorder to order,from lower order to higher order.
