The effect survey of intravenous pantoprazple for treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To value the effect of intravenous pantoprazple for treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods:74 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.There were 37 cases in treatment group,which were treated with intravenous pantoprazple and 37 cases in control group,which were treated with intravenous omprazo.Results:The total effective rate in two groups were 91.98% and 94.59%. Conclusion:Intravenous pantoprazple was effective,safe and cheap in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemor- rhage.
