Clinical observation of omeprazole infused with micro pump in treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of omeprazole infused with micro pump in treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the department of gastroenterology in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014 were divided into treatment group and control group, each group contains forty cases. Patients in the treatment group were treated with omeprazole 8mg/h pumping continuously into, while patients in the control group were treated with famotidine 20 mg, daily 2 intravenous drop, the course of treatment was five days. Observe the hemostatic efficacy. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 100.0%, while it was 77.5% in the control group, the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was signficantly different(P 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of omeprazole infused with micro pump in treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is good, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
