Abstract
OBJECTIVE To detect the content of total flavonoids in the corn tassel beverage.METHODSThe content of total flavonoids was determined by aluminum chloride colorimetry.RESULTSThe content of total flavonoids was 9.18mg in each 600mL of the corn tassel beverage. The recovery rate was 98.45% and RSD was 0.595%.CONCLUSIONThe aluminum chloride colorimetry can be used to control the quality of corn tassel beverage.
