Research on the Optimized Method of Small Towns Planning

The function of traditional planning for small towns is weakened,because of the uncertain factors of the small towns and the present situation of land sources and environment deteriorating.In connection with the disadvantages of traditional planning,this thesis points out that the traditional planning of small towns should be changed into ecological planning such as land-people-land planning,anti-planning and two-lines fit planning,and traditional planning should be also changed into dynamic planning:scale planning,elastic planning and planning by stages.Then the author puts forward that ecological planning and dynamic planning is the optimized mode of planning of small towns.
