Investigation and analysis of mental health state in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract

Objective:To study the mental health state in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:72 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 70 normal people were tested with SCL-90,EPQ,SDS and SAS.Results:The patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus were higher than the normal people in the total score and somatizution,anxiety,depression of SCL-90,scores of SDS and SAS.There were significant differences of N L of EPQ.Conclusion:The patients with tape 2 diabetes mellitus have more psychological problems unstable mood and significantly lability of affect.
