Abstract

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound systemic screening in pre-natal fetal malformations.Methods The findings of ultrasound systemic screening in 3251 fetuses were analyzed.Two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) were performed in the above cases.Results Fetal malformations were found in 175 patients,including 147 single and 28 complex malformations.Conclusions Ultrasound systemic screening is effective for the diagnosis of fetal malformations.
