The Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Fetal Malformations in Prenatal Screening

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in fetal malformations in prenatal screening.Methods Retrospective analysis of birth or induction of labor at the hospital in recent years the clinical data of 38 cases of fetal malformation.Results 1354 cases of pregnant women,38 cases of fetal malformation,defect rate of 2.81%;34 cases of ultrasound diagnosis,the missed diagnosis rate of 10.5%.Ultrasound diagnosis of fetal defects and clinical post-natal diagnosis was 100%.Among them,the nervous system malformations,accounting for 34.2%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound screening in the early detection of fetalanatomysignificantlythestructureof thedeformity,in order to improve the level of prenatal and postnatal care.
