Observation on effects of Gluma desensitiver in treatment of dentin hypersensitizer after abutment preparation

Abstract

Objective: To value the effect of Gluma desensitizer in dentin hypersensitivity after abutment preparation.Methods: 40patients(with132 dentin hypersensitivity teeth totally) were divided into two groups randomly, the sodiumfluoride and Gluma desensitizer were used to treat and to compare the difference between these two methods. Results: Theeffect of Gluma dcsensitizer was better than that of sodium fluoride. Conclusion: Gluma desensitizer can be used in treatdentin hypersensitivity after abutment preparation of removable partial denture effectively.
