The Professionlization for Mathematics Teachers, the inevitable request of the Implementation of New Curriculum

The main standards for the professionlization of mathematics teachers include two aspects: the quality structure and developing enviroment of mathematics teachers, and new mathematics curriculum has challenged mathematics teachers to the professionlizing development. In the first place the implementation of new curriculum demand that mathematics teachers should have quality structure: excellent professional foundation, correct teaching concepts, and great teaching ability. In the second place the implementation of new curriculum also makes urgent demands for the relative departments to creat professional atmosphere in such aspects as the pre-post education of mathematics teachers, the on-the-job training, the mathematics education research as well as employ mechanism.
