Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of mifepristone combing with misoprostol on termination of 11 to 14 weeks pregnancy. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 150 cases that received the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate 11 to 14 weeks pregnancy were done. Results:Of the 150 cases,148 discharged embryonal tissues successfully(98.7%).No cases had more than 120 mL haemorrhage or showed severe complications like amniotic embolism, uterine rupture, allergic shock or infection. Conclusion:With high successful rate and less adverse reactions, the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol is safe and effective for termination of 11 to 14 weeks pregnancy.
