Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of mifepristone and misoprostol in the termination of 10 to 16 weeks pregnancy.Methods Retrospectively ananlyze the 39 cases in our hospital who were received the combined treatment of mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate 10 to 16 weeks pregnancy.Results Complete abortion in 28 cases(71.8%),9 cases(23.1%) of incomplete abortion,failure in 2cases(5.1%).Less vaginal bleeding,no serious complications and adverse reactions.Conclusion Mefepristone combined with misoprostol is an effective method in the termination of 10 to 16 weeks pregnancy.
