Abstract
The contents of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis collected from different areas were investigated. The ferulic acid contents in A.sinensis from 4 different regions were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The chromatography conditions were as follow,ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)with mobile phase of 0.5% CH3COOH and CH3OH at 1.0 mL/min,and detected at wavelength of 275 nm with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,column temperature of 25 ℃.The content of ferulic acid in different areas of Angelica sinensis were 0.713 0 mg/g(Dali),0.646 5 mg/g(Lijiang),0.629 4 mg/g(Chuxiong),0.630 1 mg/g(Baoshan) respectively. The ferulic acid content of A.sinensis from Dali was the highest.
