Abstract
Objective:To determine ferulic acid content in angelia sinensis(Oliv.)diels.Methods:1% Acetic acid was used as solvent for ferulic acid and 40%.Methanol was used as solvent for angerlia sinensis.ARP-HPLC method that determined the ferulic acid content in Angelica Sinensis was set up.The HPLC with BATESIL C 18(4.6× 250 mm,5-Micro)column was used, the Methanol:Tetrahydrofuran:1% Acetic acid=30∶1∶70 as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 320 nm.Results:A good linearity was obtained from 3.05~ 30.5 μg·ml -1with r=0.9999 for ferulic acid. The average recovery was 98.8%,RSD=1.07%(n=9).Conclusions:HPLC and determinate ferulic acid content in angelia sinensis(Oliv.) diels. The method was proved to be simple, precise, sensitive.
