Abstract

For a sustainable development, higher vocational colleges need to have a high-level teaching staff capableof embodying the characteristics of higher vocational education, so that they can train high-quality talents good at boththeoretical and practical capability. Therefore, the construction of teaching staff is of the utmost importance in highervocational colleges. Linking the successful experiences in the construction of teaching staff in Kunming MetallurgyCollege, the article inquires into ways to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
