Abstract

The state-owned enterprises should be active in dealing with the challenges given by WTO and accelerate self-reform and self-development.The measures are mainly:to promote progress in science and technology and upgrade the industires, strengthen the improvement and innovation in enterprise management,develop human resources vigorously and actively create an excellent enterprise culture.
