Abstract

MA is an effective means of the State-owned enterprise dealing with the opportunities and challenges the country may face after accession to the WTO.To tackle the problems with MA,such effective improvements need to be brought about as making clear the property rights of the enterprise, standardizing the behaviour of the government,developing the intermediary organizations and improving the systems of policies, Laws and regulations.
